Payment Terms & Conditions
- Full payment is required to secure your registration and camping slot.
Payment can be made via:
- FPX Online Banking
- Atome
- SPayLater
- Additional processing fees may apply for Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) payment methods, including Atome and SPayLater. Any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout and borne by the participant.

All registrations are strictly non-refundable.
In the event that a participant is unable to attend, the participant may transfer their slot to another camper. The replacement participant must be arranged by the original participant and their details must be submitted to the organizer prior to the event.
- The organizer will not be responsible for finding a replacement participant for any cancelled registration.
