RETURN/REFUND POLICY

● ANBOT Store only allows return for products that have manufacturer
defect/damages upon product arrivals
● Purchased products must be in their original condition; unworn or unused, with
tags intact, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase will be
needed for the process
● Before requesting for an exchange, return, or refund, ensure that you have already
conducted due diligence in fulfilling the following requirements:
➔ Date of purchase is still within the warranty period starting from the date
of invoice/receipt printed
➔ Ensure the return is due to a manufacturing culpability and not due to
misuse or delivery mishap

EXCHANGE POLICY

● Make certain that the original packaging of the item is intact/unweathered
● Pack the items accordingly for post transit and make sure the items reach
ANBOT store in good condition

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

Within 7 days - ANBOT reserves the right to decline a refund if you changed your mind about orders;
please confirm the chosen products for purchase are correct

WARRANTY POLICY

Applies to in-store purchase
PREMIUM TENTS AND SHELTERS (ABOVE RM1,000.00): 6-MONTH, KZM (1-year)
FURNITURE (3-MONTH) - Applies to all brands
ACCESSORIES (1-MONTH) - Applies to all brands

  • This process needs original receipts/payment proof for records.
    Once purchased, a release form will be given to customers to notify that the tent has
    been checked thoroughly by ANBOT retail staff. One to one (1 to 1) replacement
    privilege will be given ONCE ONLY throughout the warranty period. Once CLAIMED, one
    to one (1 to 1) replacement is not valid anymore.
  • Repairs and replacements (by parts) can be provided after the warranty period ends.
    Please be advised that whole item replacements are not provided by ANBOT store.

  • This process needs original receipts/payment proof for records.
  • Once purchased, kindly check the items thoroughly within 7 days. Contact customer
    service to notify about the matter. One to one (1 to 1) replacement privilege will be given
    ONCE ONLY throughout the warranty period. Once CLAIMED, one to one (1 to 1)
